These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sugar Planet raffle (“Raffle”) conducted by Sugar Planet (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals who:
-Make a qualifying purchase of $30 or more (pre-tax) on our website at www.sugarplanetus.com or at these in-store locations: 12003 Coastal Highway (120th Street), Ocean City, MD or 32979 Coastal Highway, Bethany Beach, DE.
-Complete the required entry action described in Section 3.
-Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.
-Employees of Sugar Planet and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Raffle Period
Eligible purchases must be made between December 8, 2025, and December 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Raffle Period”).

3. How to Enter
To receive one (1) raffle entry, a participant must:
For Online Purchases:
-Spend $30 or more (pre-tax) in a single transaction during the Raffle Period.
-Add the designated product titled “Win Jellycat’s World Exclusive Bartholomew Bear Alpine Outfit” to their online cart before checkout.
-This item is free and serves solely as the method of entry.
For In-Store Purchases:
-Spend $30 or more (pre-tax) in a single transaction during the Raffle Period.
-Complete and submit a raffle card provided by store staff at checkout.
-Each qualifying transaction counts as one (1) raffle entry. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying purchases on different days. Limit of one entry per person per transaction per day.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: Jellycat – Bartholomew Bear Alpine Outfit (World Exclusive Edition). Approximate retail value may vary. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
A random drawing will be conducted on December 20, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during purchase or on the raffle card.The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, Sugar Planet reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Sugar Planet will ship the prize to the winner in time for Christmas, provided response and verification are completed promptly.

6. General Conditions
Purchases that are cancelled, returned, or refunded will result in the associated raffle entry being voided. Sugar Planet is not responsible for:
-Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
-Technical issues affecting online entry
-Incorrect contact information provided by entrants

By entering, participants consent to Sugar Planet contacting them for purposes related to the Raffle. Sugar Planet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

7. Privacy
Information collected for this promotion will be used solely for Raffle administration and will be handled in accordance with Sugar Planet’s standard privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that Sugar Planet shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Raffle or acceptance/use of the prize.
